Rosario Hidalgo, MD

Dr. Rosario Hidalgo joined Olympian Clinical Research in 2015. She is board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Hidalgo obtained her medical degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires, School of Medicine in Argentina in 1991. She completed her Psychiatry residency at Hospital de Emergencias Psiquiátricas M. T. de Alvear and Duke University Medical Center. She also completed a fellowship in clinical psychopharmacology at Duke University Medical Center/ GlaxoSmithKline. Dr. Hidalgo is bilingual (Spanish and English) and assisted in the development and translation of the MINI Assessments from English to Spanish. She acts as a reviewer for several psychiatric journals and has published many articles relating to CNS medications and developments.
Dr. Hidalgo maintains certification in Good Clinical Practice and the Protection of Human Subjects through Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative. She has conducted clinical research for over 17 years in the many CNS indications including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder with both adults and adolescents.
